M-Sand & P-Sand Washing Plants

Our **Chem-Wash Sand Wash Plants** are modular, skid-mounted sand washers designed to replace inefficient, traditional screw washers and bucket wheel systems (which often lose valuable fine sand below 150 microns).

Utilizing a closed-loop hydrocyclone separator and high-frequency polyurethane dewatering screen, these plants capture 95%+ of fine sand, producing a dry, ready-to-sell M-Sand (Manufactured Sand) or P-Sand (Plaster Sand) with only 12% residual moisture.

Industrial glass making, foundry molds, and chemical applications require extremely pure silica sand with exact grain sorting. Traditional washing is insufficient.

Our **Silica Sand Hydrosizer** uses hindered settling classification technology to precisely split sand particles by density and size. Combined with our polyurethane classification screens, this system removes heavy oxides, clay minerals, and out-of-spec coarse granules to deliver up to 99% pure quartz crystals.

Flocculants & Water Recycle Systems

Modern environmental regulations restrict sand plants from discharging wastewater into nearby rivers or using massive settling ponds. Water conservation is critical.

We provide specialized **Flocculant Dosing Systems** and high-grade **anionic/cationic powder flocculants** and **liquid chemicals for water recycling**. When injected into the thickener tank, these chemicals attract suspended clay particles, causing them to group (flocculate) and sink in seconds, returning crystal-clear water back to the sand washer immediately.
