The chem-wash dewatering screens operate using high -frequency linear vibration to efficiently separate water from products. material is fed to the screen deck where rapid vibration with use of water spray jet causes the product to form a compact bed and silt undergoes to samp tank and subsequently removed from hydro-cyclone. As the product bed moves across the screen water is effectively drained through the PU screens and less moisture product overflows towards the conveyor.
