Chem-wash Series sand washer is designed and perfected to deliver maximum efficiency from the sand washing plant. It is a high-performing, robust hydro-cyclone system that can handle large amounts of material to accomplish high quality and productivity of M-Sand and P-Sand. The distinctive modular design makes it possible to separate silts and clays with extreme precision from the final washed sand products. This design is widely deployed to produce special sand for use in a variety of applications.
The Chem-Wash series machine's unmatched performance, low maintenance costs, and minimal power consumption makes it a perfect choice for customers.
Chem-wash series washers have a wide range of applications, including manufactured sand, silica sand washing, foundry sand preparation, and construction & demolition waste recycling. The system is built to adapt to varying feed conditions while ensuring maximum recovery of quality material and reduction in loss of fines.
Our sand washer design considers Government norms IS 383 code zones for coarser and fine aggregates.

Chem-Wash sand wash plant works on principle of centrifugal action of hydro-cyclone. A slurry of material pumps to Hydro-cyclones with high pressure inside of cyclone centrifugal face. Centrifugal force separated material based on cut point size and density - heavier particles move downwards as underflow and lighter particles overflow with water.
| Specification / Parameter | Details & Capabilities |
|---|---|
| Maximal Dewatering | Maximum G-Force is enabled for efficient dewatering and water quantity and adequate screening area. |
| Modular Design | The modular design encompasses a regulated flow discharge system and anti-turbulent inlets. Design involves an optimum screening area for desirable washing quantity. |
| Low Operating Cost | The presence of a Rubber/PU lined Feed box minimizes material impact onto the screen deck that increases the equipment life and decreases the operational costs. |
| Increase flexibility | Hydrocyclone can be used for various applications due to its incredible flexibility for sand, ores, and other minerals. |
| Higher recovery | The auxiliary system ensures maximum energy is delivered to the material with remarkable cyclone efficiency while distributing material flow evenly across the whole screening surface. |
