Anti Clogging PU Mesh

Anti Clogging PU Mesh

Anti-Pegging Ripple & Harp Screen Decks

Our anti-clogging screen range utilizes flexible wire and polyurethane strip design to overcome blinding and pegging. Perfect for damp aggregates and fine sorting operations.

1. Poly Ripple Screen Cloth

Poly ripple screen cloth is light but durable with a higher open area than woven wire. It is very active & increases throughput when compared with conventional woven wire screen cloth. The wire ripple is constructed from a combination of crimped wire (cross) held in place by means of abrasive resistant polyurethane. Reduced Pegging or blinding - increased efficiency capacity. Poly ripple is longer lasting than woven wire & wire ripple, which therefore reduces maintenance and saves money.

2. Poly Veno Harp Screen

Poly Veno harp screen cloth is light but durable with higher open area than woven wire. The Poly Veno Harp is constructed from a combination of crimped wire (cross) & straight wire held in place alternatively by means of abrasive resistant polyurethane. Known to last up to 3 times longer than other standard screen cloth. Overcome the wear problem caused by using the finer aperture screen cloth due to high T.P.H. or the lump size. Reduced Pegging or blinding - increased efficiency capacity.

3. Poly Piano Screen

Extremely effective in screening dry-manufactured sand, agricultural lime, mulch and wood chips. Can increase production in screening fine, sticky materials or other lightweight but difficult-to-screen materials. Ideal for screening RAP asphalt and other, similar aggregates, as well as for removal of super-fine material. Available in Super tough oil-tempered or full hard stainless steel, and may be ordered with polyurethane-coated cluster wires for maximum wear-life.
